The apartment is situated in Geraldes a short drive away from Peniche and the world famous surf spot, Supertubos. It offers 180 degree panoramic sea views from the large terrocotta tiled roof terrace.
The newly modernised apartment is furnished with a fully fitted kitchen, brand new bathroom with luxury fittings, flat screen TV, DVD, I-pod docking station and wireless broadband connection. The black granite breakfast bar compliments the modern surroundings. Other amenities include a swimming pool plus quality garden furnitures plus 2 BBQ's at roof terrace level. We also have sunken courtyard which is very pleasant to escape the mid day sun of the roof terrace. There is ample parking at the property plus a secure perimeter wall making it extremely private and safe for families with children.
Our swimming pool is shared between 3 flats only.
